You can request deletion of your HerHello account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app:
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm deletion when prompted.
Option 2 — By email:
Send a deletion request to privacy@herhello.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove your profile information, photos, messages, match history, and identity verification documents. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
We may retain certain transaction records (subscription history) as required by law for up to 7 years. Anonymised, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked to you may also be retained.
